Accelerated Cooking & Entrepreneurship Course

The ACE Course is a 7 week intensive cooking and entrepreneurship course for anyone who is thinking of starting a food business or anyone who has a food business and would like to learn more about professional kitchen skills and setting up their business.

At the end of the 7-weeks, there will be an opportunity to sell one dish from your menu at Co-Exist Kitchen at the Guest Chef Wednesday series. This is a time to test your dish with the public, perfect your serving technique and try out taking payment. You will also be supported to complete a L2 Food and Hygiene certificate with an expected mixture of home study and classroom support.

Throughout the course, you will be supported by Co-Exist Kitchen for cooking and ACH for business.
