Our new Apprenticeship Coach programme ACHIEVE is here to help anyone on an Apprenticeship in the Bath or North East Somerset area.
Are you an Apprentice just starting your journey, part way through or nearing the end? Or perhaps you’re an employer or Training Provider with an Apprentice who could benefit from dedicated support – We can help!

We offer fully funded:
Pastoral and wellbeing support
Improving motivation and accountability
Clarifying apprenticeship roles and expectations
Overcoming apprenticeship challenges
Navigating workplace dynamics
Supporting return after a break
Regular 1:1 support from an impartial apprenticeship coach
Practical advice for wellbeing and performance
Enhancing professional performance
Adapting to change
Enhanced digital skills for work and life and more!

This service can be face to face or online.

• Eligibility: Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME), Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET), Other (including Ex-Military, Recovering Addicts, Homeless, Ex-Offenders & Young Offenders), Refugee / Asylum seeker &/or Right to live and work in UK/ lived in UK 3 years, Resident of Bath and North East Somerset, Unemployed &/or claiming a benefit (e.g Universal Credit)
