Bristol Together provides full-time jobs for recently released prisoners, offering training and support in construction work.

We focus on small housing projects, building new homes and renovating existing properties, with the aim of selling them to local housing associations for affordable accommodation.

Our employees learn a variety of skills, such as plastering, roofing, plumbing, and bricklaying, while earning a living wage.

We also offer mentoring and help them move on to new employment or self-employment. By working closely with our employees, we build trust, boost their confidence, and give them the tools to build a better future.
