At Abicare, we provide opportunities for individuals in the BaNES area to enter the care sector, regardless of prior experience. We support each candidate throughout the recruitment process, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge to become a successful carer. As part of our comprehensive induction and training, every candidate has the chance to earn the Care Certificate – a nationally recognized qualification that can enhance their future employment prospects.

Our service users have a diverse range of needs, from those requiring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to individuals with more complex conditions, such as brain injuries or those recovering from strokes. We carefully match candidates with service users based on their skills, while our internal training team ensures continuous development, enabling carers to gradually take on more responsibilities and support a wider range of individuals as they grow in their role.
