If you live in Bath and North East Somerset, you can contact the Community Wellbeing Hub to talk to our friendly triage team to get the advice and support you need.

We offer a range of services to support you with:-

• Keeping active and healthy
• Achieving a healthy weight
• Accessing food
• Mental health and wellbeing support
• Lifestyles services eg stop smoking
• Social prescribing
• Housing advice
• Home from Hospital services
• Employment, skills and training
• Wellbeing course and volunteering
• Supporting carers, family members and others

• Eligibility: Resident of Bath and North East Somerset
• Ages: All Ages
