Customer Service SWAP

Come and join our Customer Service SWAP, learners will gain a L1 Customer Service qualification and a L2 Food Safety and Hygiene qualification. They will have employability training and industry insight, work experience and an interview with local employers that are actively hiring.

• Eligibility: Refugee / Asylum seeker &/or Right to live and work in UK/ lived in UK 3 years, Resident of Bath and North East Somerset, Unemployed &/or claiming a benefit (e.g Universal Credit), Working within West of England Combined Authority region
