The Salvation Army provide ‘end-to-end’ case management support to improve well-being, inclusion, and employability skills in those furthest from the labour market.
We work with individuals on a one-to-one basis to achieve the below ‘co-developed’ outcomes:
- economically inactive/unemployed people supported into employment.
- people facing complex barriers supported to reengage in education/employment pathways.
- unemployed/ inactive people having career development skills/engaging with lifelong learning.
- wellbeing activities to foster social cohesion/support the continued impact of Covid and the cost of living crisis.
- raising awareness of and access to community and cultural activities which foster strong community links, cohesion, and resilience.
