The Salvation Army provide ‘end-to-end’ case management support to improve well-being, inclusion, and employability skills in those furthest from the labour market.

We work with individuals on a one-to-one basis to achieve the below ‘co-developed’ outcomes:

  • economically inactive/unemployed people supported into employment.
  • people facing complex barriers supported to reengage in education/employment pathways.
  • unemployed/ inactive people having career development skills/engaging with lifelong learning.
  • wellbeing activities to foster social cohesion/support the continued impact of Covid and the cost of living crisis.
  • raising awareness of and access to community and cultural activities which foster strong community links, cohesion, and resilience.
  • Cost: Free
  • Eligibility: Resident of Bath and North East Somerset, Resident of Bristol, Resident of South Gloucestershire, Unemployed &/or claiming a benefit (e.g Universal Credit)
  • Ages: All Ages
