Overview of Course Content:
The lifecycle of an event from creative brief to production and delivery
Project Planning for a range of different event types and sizes
Event Logistics – licenses, supply chains, policies, working with suppliers
Modules on personal skills such as time management, personal and organisational values and effective communication
An introduction to fundraising from a variety of sources
Budget management for events
Successfully planning and using feedback, monitoring and evaluation
As this is a level 3 course, some relevant experience will be required and we’ll carry out an initial assessment of your learning style to tailor the course to your requirements.
The training will be mostly in person, with online support from your tutor and the MUTI team outside of this
This is a level 3 course based on IfATE accredited occupational standards, the aim is that you gain new skills, understanding of the sector and support into new work.
You will need access to a computer and an internet connection to be able to access the course resources and attend the online sections of the course.
