FWD

Whether you’re looking to start a business, get a new job, improve your existing skills, or just try something new, FWD is perfect for you.

Teaching takes place over three – six weeks. Each module is one day a week for three or four weeks. You’ll also attend four evenings of careers training during your course.

Introduction to Web Development
Digital Marketing and Social Media
Start Your Own Business
Building Information Management
Considerate Communication and Active Listening

At the end of FWD, you’ll work with a business to complete a real-life industry project relevant to the skills you’ve gained. You’ll receive feedback on your project and develop your business connections whilst putting your new skills to the test.

For up three months after completing your FWD course, you are entitled to to one to two hours of free, impartial information and advice regarding careers and upskilling from Achieve in B&NES Employment and Skills POD. This includes career pathways and insights, further training and additional support. Sessions are face – face in Bath or virtually
