The HR Dept provide workshops and training courses aimed at helping people to develop their knowledge and understanding of the HR function within a business.

Our Essential HR Skills workshop gives an over view of an employees journey from recruitment through to exiting a business, covering all aspects of HR you will encounter along the way.

We also offer more focused workshops covering topics such as Disciplinary and Grievances, Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity as well as Performance Management
