Skills bootcamp in Leadership and Management – YTKO

YTKO Leadership and Management for SMEs is a tailored bootcamp for small businesses and sole traders who want to improve their leadership skills. It uses resources and expert speakers from small businesses who can relate to the situations faced by sole traders and micro businesses.

The course will cover 8 masterclasses looking at subjects like: building a small team culture, creating a social mission, productivity and profit, time and resource management etc.

Courses will be a blend of online and in-class sessions with 8 weekly masterclasses delivered by a YTKO tutor and guest speaker from industry! 1-2-1 support will be available after each masterclass with exercises to do in your own time and bring to the next session.
