All organisations would agree that time is money. Maximising efficiency and eliminating waste in a controlled and sustainable way is a vital managerial skill which takes time to develop. This course will equip learners with an awareness of what the risk factors are involving the doubling up of work, unclear communication and the wasting of resources. Learners will look at the key principles involved in designing management systems which make the most of available resources and enable clearer operations within an organisation. We would recommend this course to learners who are interested in working in any kind of organisation, large or small. This could be administrators, team leaders or line managers.
Study for the course takes place in an online virtual learning environment (VLE) where you can study at any time and at your own pace. We ask that learners complete their courses within the given timeframe and that as a broad average most courses can take approximately 6-8 hours per week to complete.
