So you think you hate Maths? We are teaching Skills for Life at Creative Twerton. Wednesdays – Ceramics – Free to attend!
Use and get familiar with practical maths skills, measurements and percentages, useful everyday. All while making pots, cups and protective gremlins and gargoyles. Create free fired beautiful objects to take home,
We also teach light-touch functional maths for practical everyday use within these sessions, supported by Multiply. If you are aged 19+ and do not already have a GCSE at grade C or equivalent in maths, multiply offers easy to access, free numeracy courses and initiatives that can help you brush up your maths skills and help you become more confident with numbers.
Multiply offers a range courses and initiatives for beginners, and those who want to build on the foundations of their maths knowledge – to more advanced offers such as GCSE maths, level two functional skills, qualification, or equivalent. If you choose to take part in any Multiply courses, you will be able to learn at a pace that suits you and receive guidance about how to apply what you learn and other opportunities that are open to you, be it accessible education, training or employment
