Releasing New Potential

One-to-one support into employment, training and education for people in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset who have a criminal conviction or are at risk of offending.

Releasing new Potential provides an individualised, one to one support service for people with a criminal record or those who are at risk of offending who are unemployed or economically inactive and would like to find work or training.

Each person on the programme will have a dedicated caseworker who will provide ongoing support to help you identify your barriers and work with you to overcome them by accessing specialist services including:

• Training and identifying courses
• Support with job searching
• Volunteering opportunities
• Securing a job
• Confidence building
• Referral to specialist courses and training
• CVs
• Support with disclosing convictions

We accept referrals from individuals or other professionals.

• Eligibility: Other (including Ex-Military, Recovering Addicts, Homeless, Ex-Offenders & Young Offenders)
