We are on a mission to transform the lives of up to 90 young people facing challenging circumstances in Bristol each year, giving them the support, skills and confidence they need to get into work (or re-enter education) and begin to build a future filled with hope.
Spear Bristol Foundation lasts for 6 weeks and is delivered by our highly trained coaches. It has one simple aim: getting young people ready for work or education.
After the 6 week program we support the trainees for a following 12 months, helping them secure employment, and then sustain and thrive in their role.
