We’re a charity that works to reduce hunger, improve health, and bring people together through food and cooking.

We’ve been teaching people to cook for 25 years. Based in Knowle West, we offer free and subsidised cooking classes to groups including: young people not in education, employment or training (NEET), older adults at risk of becoming isolated, people with learning difficulties and / or mental health challenges and more.

By equipping people with the skills, knowledge and confidence to cook, we aim to improve healthy eating, diet and mental wellbeing
