The Tenancy Sustainment team offers specialist support to help customers manage their tenancies and homes.
Services include advice on managing money, claiming benefits (Universal Credit, Housing Benefit), budgeting, and paying energy bills. The team can also assist with tenancy issues, such as hoarding and anti-social behaviour, and provide up to 12 weeks of one-to-one support.
They identify external grants for home-related needs and offer guidance on utility usage.
The team also connects customers with specialist services for health and wellbeing. Support is available through a duty line Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
