Designed for those working in the legal sector and other professional services, UWE Bristol’s free Collaborative Working skills development pathway will help learners enhance their customer support and communication skills. By leveraging the latest digital technologies, participants will learn how to drive positive change within their workplace.
The pathway includes bite-sized e-learning modules (up to 6 hours) and a live, interactive online session (up to 6 hours). During the live session, learners will engage with other participants and industry experts to explore how to apply their newly acquired skills to real-life workplace scenarios.
Our Learner Engagement Lead will provide one-on-one support throughout the program, helping you select the modules that best align with your individual career development goals.
