Our fully funded Leadership skills development pathway will enable learners to harness digital tools and technologies to enhance their capabilities, improve communication and collaboration, increase efficiency and effectively manage their teams in hybrid and remote settings.
Modules are structured through bitesize self-study e-learning materials (maximum 6 hours) and a live interactive online session (maximum 6 hours) where learners will have the opportunity to engage with other participants and industry experts to explore how to apply their new skills and knowledge to real-life workplace scenarios.
Our Learner Engagement Lead will work with you on a 1-2-1 basis throughout the programme, supporting you to choose the modules that are best suited to your individual career development goals.
