Our fully funded Collaborative Working Pathway offers flexible training through self-guided online modules, 1-2-1 mentoring from industry experts and tutor-led sessions. Modules have been designed to help individuals tackle real-world work challenges and take advantage of opportunities and new technologies within the workplace to help drive their career forward.
Through our Collaborative Working Pathway, you will learn how to:
– Effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders
– Navigate the challenges presented by hybrid and remote working
– Harness digital tools, such as Microsoft 365 and doc-u-sign, to enhance personal and professional success
Modules are structured through bitesize self-study e-learning materials
(total 6 hours) and a live interactive session (6 hours) where learners will have the opportunity to explore how to apply skills to personal scenarios.
Our Learning Engagement Lead will work with you to develop a tailor-made action plan incorporating modules from across our four different pathways to suit your individual goals.
