This set of fully funded skills development pathways is designed for professionals who are part of an SME (small and medium sized enterprise) within the Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction and Legal sectors.

Pathways consist of a range of modules centred around Specialised Industry, Sustainability, Leadership and Collaborative Working, delivered through 1-2-1 mentorship from industry experts, tutor-led sessions and flexible online self-study to fit around your existing work-life commitments.

Modules include:
– Digital Design and Manufacturing
– Leading with Inclusivity
– Applied Artificial Intelligence in Engineering
– Retrofit – Building Services and Renewable Technology
– Leading Sustainable Change
– Getting the Most from Your Digital Resources

Learners will have the opportunity to choose modules from across the four different pathways. Our Learning Engagement Lead will work with you to design a tailor-made programme best suited to your career development goals. Many modules will also give learners the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with UWE’s industry equipment and develop practical skills suited to a range of technologies.
